My dad is a photographer, I grew up in a studio. When I was about 18, I started to take selfies with an analog camera. I set up a background and lights in my room and took the first photos through a big mirror. It was exciting and I don't think I showed the pictures to anyone for a few years.
It seemed like an embarrassing thing to do. Take pictures of myself, who does that?!
The world was different then :D
I am an introvert.
A highly sensitive person.
Through photography, I can look like what I feel inside,
but sometimes don't know how to show others.
This is still a way of self-discovery.
10 years later
20 years later
I still feel really comfortable in front of my own lens.
I like looking at the world freely through the eyes of imagination.
It makes real life feel a lot less overwhelming. Art gives my inner power wings.
